Camel The Farm Rocks

Hey in the last year or two maybe three. I forget exactly when but I got two CDs from Camel cigarettes and the first one came with a booklet describing the bands but neglected to tell the names of the songs. I liked some of the songs but never found out what the names are so I could add them to Windows Media Player. I've already tried find album info and it brings up a CD by the band Bayside of which did one of the songs on the CD. Does anyone know what these songs are and if so can you list them with the band names next to them so I can update my song info on WMP.
