It's related to an as yet unresolved, unfinished, well-known and engaging storyline. In fact, in a way, it could be seen as a conclusion to said storyline, given the correct circumstances in the game (or a stalemate to it otherwise). But the main focus of the game isn't about it directly.

That's it for now....harder to come up with these than I originally thought. Maybe I'll do one once a month instead....?
