Deluxe Paint Fun

Over the past couple days I tried out VGA-ifying some classic Sierra backgrounds LucasArts-style with Deluxe Paint II. Pretty interesting results. No where near finished, but still fun. It'd be neat to see AGI games remade like this and utilizing AGI256. Then you could play all AGI games with 256 colours right in DOS!

Need to include the originals for comparison but looks nice so far.

Also, is the board off an hour? I'm in PST (-8) but that shows the time as 9:48AM when it's actually 10:48AM. Odd.

Have you compensated for Daylight Savings Time?

Interesting, but I think that bad graphics are tougher to forgive when you use the VGA palette. Deluxe Paint 2 is great, it was the tool used for games such as Masters of Orion 2. I think I have it in my Commodore Amiga.
