AGDInteractive - Sierra Adventure Game Remakes Forum

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone remembers there was another website with a Quest for Glory remake in progress, this was a few years ago when I last saw it was around 2004. I believe it was QFG 1 they were working on, they had a demo of one screen, near some water and a tree and you could click on the various objects and various puns would come up...

Does anyone know where they are or if it was completed?

Found it, it was the Hero6 project

Not sure what the status is, seems to be a massively huge game now, hope they finish it

Hero6 was never a remake, it was meant to be a QFG game without ties to the official series (characters/locations) in order to avoid legal trouble. It was intended to a be a massively huge game, but over time it was scaled down to more realistic proportions. I don't think it's being actively developed anymore at the moment though.

You're way nicer than I am, Erpy. I would say the project has been dying a horrible, horrible death for years and dead for quite some time now.
