Monkey Island Special Edition soundtrack extraction help?

Anyone know how to extract the soundtrack from the special editions of the Monkey Island series (or have ideas)?

Yeah, that process is very long and drawn out though. The Monkey Island Explorer route is much more efficient and less time-consuming.
