Remember me?
Well, we talked about it, we thought about it, and yesterday we made it official.
On December 18, I will be married to my sweetheart! I'm truly lucky to have her. I'm not sure what I did to deserve her, but I'm sure glad I did it.

Thank you, all. We are very excited about this. Let's see; questions...
Thanks again to all of you. As the date gets closer, you can likely expect to see me less and less, as things will be pretty busy.
And you'll have to forgive me if my lovesickness makes any of you ill.
I've known her since February of last year. We dated a few times casually starting in November. We really started "going out" around Valentine's Day this year.Angelus3K wrote:Congrats Anathoth!!!!!! Thats amazing! How long have you known her??
I couldn't say. Usually one doesn't plan his own bachelor party.Erpy wrote:Congrats Hmmm, which leads me to wonder...will there be a bachelor party and will part of it be held on the forums?
Wow, people here are more clever than I give them credit for. (No offense meant to anyone.) Yes, we are both LDS (Mormon), and we will be getting married in the Nashville Temple, which is actually in Franklin.Senor Matt wrote:Someone told me once in AGDI chat that they thought you were a Mormon Anathoth, is this true?
And if so, will you be getting married in a temple?
And if so, which one?
More importantly, who are you? Actually, I titled the thread so that no one would know what it was about until they read it.Skyshark wrote:...who are you again?

Yay Mormons!!!
Wow, that's awesome. I thought I was the only LDS person on here.Wow, people here are more clever than I give them credit for. (No offense meant to anyone.) Yes, we are both LDS (Mormon), and we will be getting married in the Nashville Temple, which is actually in Franklin
Rock Rock on my Mormon brother!! And I'm very happy to see that you actually took a decent amount of time in the courtship process instead of getting engaged after like a month like so many of us do.
The Nashville temple eh? That's one of the smaller temples isn't it?

Nope. I thought I was the only one. Although, I probably was until you came along. Just out of curiosity, who told you that I was LDS?Senor Matt wrote:Wow, that's awesome. I thought I was the only LDS person on here.
I know exactly what you mean. I known quite a few people who did this. To their credit, some of them do stay together.Senor Matt wrote:Rock Rock on my Mormon brother!! You are correct. A larger temple had been announced, but the opposition to it was fierce. Eventually, a new site was chosen and a smaller temple was built. All of us here are just happy to have one close.Senor Matt wrote:The Nashville temple eh? That's one of the smaller temples isn't it?

Re: Yay Mormons!!!
Well I guess technically you were the only one on here, but I was a lurker on here for quite some time, as well as an unregistered poster until Navy and/or Erpy made that stupid rule that you have to be a member to post, thus ruining my Unregistered nick. But I guess you could probably say you were the first.Nope. I thought I was the only one. Although, I probably was until you came along. Just out of curiosity, who told you that I was LDS?
Yeah, we do tend to have a lot of kids don't we? I'm really not sure why, there's nothing in our doctrine that says we need to have a ton of kids, it's just something we seem to do. Some of us more than others (my sister in law has TWENTYSIX brothers and sisters, I am not even kidding)Oi, most of my mum's family are mormon and live in Provo (sp??) Utah. Not that I've seen any of them for about 10 years, but we used to be pretty close when they lived in Australia. Probably had to move to a larger area cause of the millions of kids they have.
By the way, now that Anathoth and I know of each other we will probably start talking to each other in our crazy Mormon code. With words like ward, BofM and MTC.
Now none of you will have any clue what we are talking about!!!

You have millions of kids because you believe that the soul is pre-existent, and therefore you need to have many children for those souls toah, we do tend to have a lot of kids don't we?
