Amazing! You're only the second person I know who's even heard of Israel Kamakawiwo'Ole. You like Hawaiian slack key guitar music?

I was just wondering, is Muse popular over in the USA? I mean have you guys even heard of it. Muse, IMO, is one of the greatest bands of this time. (Of all time I would say Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix ect)

Sorry for the OT, but Jafar achieved hero status in the hero6 forums. That's what he meant.

I'm listening to nothing right now.

I'd invite you to the party, but almost none of you are registered. I'll save you some cake though. ;)

Well, I do know that Bt, Parrot and Skyshark are registered there. Not sure who else might be.

Just in case any of you are curious about the party.

I F'n love Todd Rundgren. I'm usually the asshole with his windows rolled down singing, "I Saw The Light.." at the top of my lungs!

They're pretty good. I listened to them a lot around the time when 'Cruel Intentions' was released (say what you will about the movie; the use of music over the title sequence was brilliant). It was listing the White Album that gave you instant cred, though.

In other news, I was at a concert with The Corrs yesterday. Although I like their music, I always thought they're a bit too poppy to rank as a favorite band. However, it turned out I knew every song they played (except the ones from their newest album). Clearly I've been listening to them far more than I've been willing to admit, even to myself. :o

They were pretty good in concert. They stuck very close to the album versions -- which many singers can't do because they can't reliably reach the high notes, but on the other hand that meant it wasn't that much different from just putting on the CD.
