Does anyone know where to do that? I don't care about ads or stuff like that, another forum I'm a member of lost it's home, and we want to get things up and running again.

Umm... ezboards is free with ads.

At the start, gold community isn't that expensive. Just don't go around promising members custom titles based on post count.

Thanks guys. I've already found myself a cheap forum, looks a lot like this one actually, also phpbb It's online for a few hours now!

I didn't want Ezboard since I've invited over 1000 people who are "homeless" and want to speak to each other. The other forum was taken offline very unexpected, and unannounced.

No. Its much better you have more control & options. And the style is better. and you dont need to have a number on the URL.
