Damn, nothing like informing the public that the Links have been taken down. I have just spent the last hour, a very frustrating hour, trying to figure out why there was literally no way to even get to something that even said the name Kings Quest. I finally gave up and ended up checking out the new Quest For Glory 2 website and that is when I noticed the forum and found this post.

A total waste of time and these werent even for me, they were for my son.

Someone please put up some sort of statment explaining that the download links are currently down. It might just save some other person from going through the massive frustration that I just expereinced.

A blatant insult is not a suitable reply to constructive criticism! I agree with OrangeCrush, and think it would be worth while placing, on the main page of the AGDI site, a notification as to why the remakes have been taken down. As far as I can see there is no obvious information about the removal of the remakes, meaning visitors who have heard about the remakes and have visited to download them are forced to search the forums, or clutter them up with more threads regarding their absence.

:S I must be going blind. Unless you mean the note saying 'New AGDI site and projects coming soon'? Which sounds more to me like its saying new site and new projects, not new site with the redone remakes. Of course I know otherwise since I am a regular visitor who reads the forums and knows what is actually going on. But casual or first time visitors may interpret that small note differently.

*sigh* MH. Considering only you two complained from the millions who visited the site the last 3 months, don't you think there's something wrong?

Why is it that AGDI 'owes' anybody to make things easier? I'll let the AGDs know they should refund Orange, because it would be such a shame to lose him as a customer because he gets frustrated. (I'm not exactly sure which links he followed that took him an hour, because one would probably realize on entry that KQ won't be mentioned in the QfG page)
