Is this the correct KQ 1VGA version 2.0.0.31

Just wondering i just clicked to downloaded KQ 1 VGA version 4 but the file version says 2.0.0.31 is this correct ?

It's the correct one. The installer does have the version number 2.0.0.31. The filename, Kq1vga40.exe, indicates that it's version 4.0.
