AGDInteractive - Sierra Adventure Game Remakes Forum

I'm running 10.5.8 on my macbook pro, downloaded the files and dragged them into my application folder but when I try to open the game it says I can't run this version of Kings Quest 1.app with this version of OS X

- Mac OS X 10.4.11 Tiger/Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard/Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard
- nVidia 8xxx Series or AMD 3xxx or 4xxx Series Video Card recommended
- Intel Core Processor CPU Required
- 512 MB RAM
- Apple's X11 must be installed
- Approximately 308 MB of Hard Drive Space required
- Up to 100 MB additional free space for save-game files
- Compatible digital sound card

But the readme file said 10.8 was minimum requirement...

Is there anyway I can use the version that I've downloaded with my existing OS? Alternately is it possible to get an earlier version of the game??

I NEED to get this game. I had it on my very first mac, but the sierra version had a bug in it and it would crash RIGHT before I got to finish the game!!
Please help!!

I am having trouble - I have a mac and my screen jumps all around!!! :/ I can get the game but I hate this jumpiness, and sometimes I cant see the whole screen.
