Sound but no Display

Hi,
I've looked in the technical faq, and didn't see an answer to this issue: When I download any of the games I get sound but only a black screen. If I check the "Use window" option
I get a very small window in the center of my monitor. I've tried changing the resolution (800X600 is the smallest it goes) but it doesn't make much of a difference. I'm using a PC with Windows 7 Professional. I actually had Quest for Glory II downloaded before when I had Windows 7 Home Edition a couple years ago and it worked fine. Any ideas? Thanks.
