what to do with cheese?

are you supposed to go to the whitches house after seeing the old people steal the cheese and give it to them or what do you do with the cheese? please post thanks <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /frown.gif ALT=":(">

You can give them the cheese, but that won't really help them. The woodcutter's wife is very weak with hunger so a simple piece of cheese won't do much good. For the woodcutter's wife, try to find something that would satisfy a much larger appetite. Something magical, perhaps... The cheese is used a little later on. Just try to think of some animal that is attracted to cheese and the answer will become clear for you... ~Wolfgang
