Well, I tried dumping the carrot into the river on several screens and it didn't work. Maybe something else.

Maybe, but I don't know how I could manage to disguise myself as a troll... Or perhaps I should try harder to find if the carrot can be used to make the goat mad.

Nah...not needed. There are only so many places where you can get yourself killed and only so many ways one can think of to piss off the goat. I'm certain people will find it eventually. Heck, the game even gives a "hint" if you try to activate the egg in the wrong spot. When I click the carrot on Graham when he has the protection spell and the goat is following him, it says something like, the goat wouldn't like it if you ate the carrot. I tried it on 3 screens and it only worked on 1. Is this a bug or the hint? Edit: Nevermind, it does happen on other screens. But how come there is no message or anything when you click the carrot on Graham when the goat is following him? Nah, in my opinion, Takari forgot that you must quit the screen and re-enter it and knock again if nothing happens.

Oh, OK. BTW, that's strange, I tried eating the carrot on many, many screens ( with and without the protective spell ), and I tried many, many spots, but still nothing. I hope it isn't a bug... I'll keep trying anyway. So far I tried every river screen, the wolf screen, the rock screen, and the castle Daventry screens. Weird ( Or maybe I musn't eat the carrot but tease the goat with it or something ? ).
