How to get magigal treatment?

#1 Post by Leena » Fri Feb 27, 2004 1:17 pm

Hi, I am also stuck in caverns. I have many items and
I have tried them all, but still I can´t get out. What have I missed?
And an other problem: the help of witch´s note is not enough for me when trying to solve the gnome´s name.
Please, give me some hint.

The gnome's name is a fairy tale reference. Remember a fairy tale character who spun straw into gold and asked the main character to guess his name? All you need to do is apply the hint on the note to that name.

Regarding the hole in the wall, the item you should have picked up was just west of the hole in the ground where the condor dropped you off, so if you don't have it by now, you'll have to restore.

<img src="http://httpd.chello.nl/c.vanempel/Nashs ...

Dear Mr. Erpy, thank you for your advice. After that the rest of the game was -nearly- a piece of cake. I returned victoriously to the castle.
The gnome´s name: I managed to solve it -but in finnish. Dictionarys don´t translate fairy tale names!
I am wondering another thing: is there any use for the fairy godmother´s spell? I mean to earn more points.

Nope, it just protects you from being killed by monsters.

<img src="http://httpd.chello.nl/c.vanempel/Nashs ...
