Hard Puzzles!?!?

#26 Post by acidpeas » Sun Oct 30, 2005 2:26 pm

Why is it that nobody even refer's to the gnome's name puzzle?
I myself have yet to figure that one out...
The hints on this site make no sense at all...
I've tried Rumplestilitskin both fowards and backwards (back to the witch's note)..
So i would be ever so greatful for some advise.

I thought that the hardest was the getting of the beans....figureing out that name was really tricky........
With me it wasn't really figuring out the name, it was more the fact that I kept spelling it with lower case letters (AGDI remake) and you were supposed to spell the first letter capitalized.

I thought the KQ6 CoF 4th puzzle was pretty challenging. I suppose you can keep clicking four different symbols until you get the right one. But really, there was no indication in the book to me what the answer was.

Of course I still have yet to beat KQ3... I got tired of waiting for that eagle to drop his feather.

The Cliffs of Logic are purely copy protection, with little to no thinking required. For the fourth "puzzle", the manual tells you which element, color, etc. to look for. From there, it's purely looking those things up in the list of symbols, as the meaning of those are given there.

It does? I didn't see that anywhere.

Hehe. I think I just threw the manual into a box somewhere, never even thinking I'd need it, or that there'd be clues to the answers in it.

I don't think I would have ever found that sling shot had I not read a KQ guidebook.
