I'm very sorry but... I keep drowning... (Possible Spoilers)

...Ok I know this question has been asked before somewhere - but I haven't been able to find the specific problem...

Ok... Once I'm in the well with the full bucket and I've dived.. then what.

I've tried going left to where there's the little hole... but no matter how much I click to the left of screen or on Graham, he won't get out of the water and... he drowns.

So then I thought maybe the exit was at the bottom of the screen, but... he drowns.

So I tried to get back up out but I can't reach the rope and... he drowns.

Water I do?

Swim up to the little area at the left. Then you can click the hand on the ground to get out of the water.

I had a tough time with that, too. It's kind of dark and it's hard to see how the screen is laid out. But if you just click the walk button on the upper left side of the screen, it should work.
