trouble searchin pillow

here am i back 4m castle i came 2 granny's 4 wolf's bane  but when ever i use hand cursor on pillow it reads some thing else how to search under pillow coz i am stuck here pls help

Well...I'm not quite sure what it is you're asking, but if you're at Granny's house you have to look under the bed, not the pillow. If you've already completed the castle part of the quest, you don't have to do anything other than hit up the Door of Destiny. However, if you're looking for the tiara, you have to visit a graveyard.
