I finally did it after 4 tries, though I nearly got it on the first one.

The first time I got all the way back to the bridge that the dwarf rigs, but didn't climb up in time after cutting the rope.

The second try I got ambushed by the witch in the antique store because I stuck around too long after coming back up through the trapdoor.

The third time I screwed up the bookshelf combination at the castle.

You have way too much time on your hands ;) , congrats tho. I don't think i'd be able to make it all the way through without dying, I enjoy getting myself killed way too much :p .

Yeah. Half of the fun, IMO, was reading the death messages... Congratz, tho. Now you can try playing it again and getting all the death messages ;)

Heh. Funny you'd mention that, because that was next on my list. I'm going to play through the game (again) and find out all the different ways that it is possible to die.
