I've just gotten to the point where I have to go and get the Trident for Neptune, and I'm to wipe my hard drive and reinstall Windows. Is there anyway to backup my save files and transfer them over to the new install?

Go to "My Documents", "My Saved Games" and get the agssave-files from the KQ2VGA folder there.
