Note about Gwydion/Alexander

If I'm not mistaken, the note found on the bottom of the Nightingale cage is a note from Manannan about Gwydion/Alexander who is 17 at the point. And this is before Graham even has met Valanice?

I don't think it's about Alexander. Manannan had a lot of servants named Gwydion before Alexander and I think the letter was there to show that he was in need of a new servant and it just happened to be great luck that Graham had a kid to grab at the right time.
