Where can I find the Ferryman?

#1 Post by Lisa » Tue Jun 03, 2003 2:09 am

I searched everywhere around the beach but I can't find the Ferryman! I am now standing at the pier, which way do I have to go now?

Do you have a reason to go to the castle? If not, don't bother trying to find him yet. He is related to the third gem, so if you don't have the other ones yet, search for them first.

If it's night and you're sure you need to go to the castle, remember Possum's words about a monk coming out of the swamp while writing things down in a book. That's all you need to find out how to get through the swamp maze.

<img src="http://httpd.chello.nl/c.vanempel/Nashs ...

Yes it is night. I can't find the swamp either <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /frown.gif ALT=":("> I have read the book in the Church and picked up the paper. I have had the scene with the wolves and the Monk and then searched for that swamp but couldn't find it and neither found the Ferryman

The swamp is in the northwesternmost corner of the map. Just go all the way to the west from where you are until you reach the beach, then go north (following the beach...you may need to go one screen west when you reach Hagatha's cave) until you reach the mountains. The swamp is one screen to the east of that. Either that or just go due north from Hagatha's cave until you hit the northern border, and the swamp is on the screen east of that.

~Wolfgang

Ok, found the swamp, then I read there that bible page from the church, went first South, East, East but nothing, then back to the swamp and went South, East, South, East, South, West, North, West, South, saw the beach but no Ferryman <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/eyes.gif ALT=":rolleyes"> . Then I walked west and back and east and back, still no Ferryman. Searched further but still didn't find him nor dit I saw a castle! I'm now at small cliff, 1 x south means I come out at a fence at the beach. Can anyone please tell me where I have to go exactly so that I finally will find this Ferryman?

Once you find the swamp screen just north of Hagatha's cave, you must enter it. Go one screen to the east, into the swamp, then start following the directions on the bible page.

"Let me show you what hope you have."
