1) clear cache...refresh...

2) repeat...

man...these updates can't come quick enough!!!!!

Hey web dude(ette)s...i'm curious about your web stats. I think it would be neat if you could publish them once the game is out like a week. I'd like to know how many unique people are visiting your site, and how many times the game is downloaded.

*bows to the master of the battle system*

I know course 3 wasn't *officially* up as of a couple minutes ago, but seeing that, I have an even greater respect than before for the people that took well over half a decade out of their lives to bring the fans this remake. The sheer amount of programming for this project is more than I can even comprehend, so kudos to everyone involved, it's been a wild ride, and the best part is still coming!

Will the Al Emmo order page be updated to state that the poster for QFG2 is included? I checked now and it isn't stated as included in the Collectors Edition package.

I want to order but don't want to do it too early (or late - it's already 2:35pm on the 5th for me).

Edit - is the free poster deal good for international customers or just US? I am in Australia.

Hey guys,

I believe the sites will reflect the poster. I have to confirm before I upload any of the artwork on the sites. The promotion starts today. And I think, although I am not sure, that you can order internationally and still receive the poster. If you already have, I would be happy to send you one. Just PM me or contact Himalaya with your order details letting them know you are an international "orderee." :) I know this should have been worked out before we decided on a date or announcement. I've inquired and will keep you posted.

The poster is 23" x 31" and will ship in late August. They're being proofed and colour matched this week.

Lots of stuff happening in the background here. Thanks for all the love. ;)

Those pictures look awesome! It looks like alot of effort and time went into them. I still can't believe your managing to do QFG2 in AGS. I'm trying to use it just for little projects for practice and I'm having trouble getting it right. QFG2 must have been one mammoth scripting challenge.

Yes, the posters will be available to people outside the US, but the shipping & handling cost will be slightly higher. Even though the poster itself is free, we don't want them to get creased during transit, so decent packaging has to be used. The posters will very likely be shipped in a separate package from the games, so orderers of the Collector's Edition can expect to receive two packages in the mail.

Great, looking forward to both of those packages.

Mhhh... Well, I just HAVE to say this.

While I welcome any effort that aims to support AGDI/Himalaya, I feel a little betrayed or something like that. That´s because the ones that will receive the poster are the ones who DIDN´T buy Al Emmo until now. What happens to us, the loyal fans who bought it way before that?

OK, it´s not big deal, really (you have my unconditional support) but I wish we had some option for getting the poster as well, it would be just fair, don´t you think?

End of rant

FYI, as I recall there are a number of posters that own MORE THAN one copy of Al Emmo. Look at this way, it is $ 20 for a poster.

I tried to buy but:

store.himalayaforums.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate expired on 21/10/2007 10:22 AM.

:(

According to the account control panel, the certificate doesn't expire until October of 2008. According to the error message, it expired in October of 2007. It looks like they somehow deleted the most current certificate, and maybe it's defaulting to the older one.

At any rate, I talked to them on the phone earlier today, and they are working on it. I stressed that we are getting a lot of traffic to the store and I wanted it taken care of ASAP.
