When at the money changer how do I give her the thief sign, tried typing it into console, tried using the hand, tried using thief ID, none worked...

For any interaction that's NOT a question, you must click the mouth on the hero and use the Tell-About menu (parser or P&C) to activate said action. That includes the thief sign too.

You also need to have points assigned to both Lockpicking and Stealth to make the sign to Dinarzad (or anyone else, for that matter).

I'm so happy you adopted the QFG3 mouth on self to "tell about" things... I love this game.. Thank you... I wish you guys were billionaires and were about to make was an original QFG, QFG6-AGDI, but still this is great!!!!
