Thief: Breaking into the weapons shop

Hey there, I'm playing as the thief and I can't seem to break into the weapons shop. I have my lock picking ability up over 100 and when I try to break in it says it's barred from the other side. Granted, I haven't play QFG2 in a long time so maybe I'm missing something. Am I doing something wrong?

Have you got the job from the moneychanger, or are you just breaking inn from memory?
