refilling waterskins
A nice thing that happened in the original when ever you drank from the water fountain or oasis you'd automatically refill all your waterskins. When I do that in the remake he doesn't refill them.
I tried it with one or 3 waterskins and same result. It just seemed like a convenient feature to keep. Just thought I should mention it.

I recall that if you drink from the oasis pond, you refill your waterskins automatically, but not when you drink from the fountain. That's how it's been scripted into the remake.

Oops sorry. I thought it was both. Thanks.

Oh yes, but it's better that way. A strength of RPG's *ought* to be having to think on your feet in terms of survival, and not be carried though life. Thus, you're on it's up to your foresight when, "the desert sun seems to suck the moister right out of you", you're lost, you're surrounded by jackals, you're popping all sort of pills and you suddenly think: "Thats what I forgot!?".
I'd be happy if you changed the oasis rules in a later version, but then honestly, who's going to forget in a desert?
The "A for Effort" type of heroes, that's who.

in the original you could check how much water you had left in your waterskin, I can't seem to do that without it warning me that its getting low... did i overlook something?

Re: refilling waterskins
click the look icon in your inventory on the waterskin
Re: refilling waterskins
Also, hitting TAB will give you a text-based inventory screen like that in the original QfG2. You can see how full the waterskins are in that.
