i can't seem to figure out how to oil the hinges...i have oil...am i missing something else?

Click the oil on the cabinet/whatever it is you're trying to oil.

on the original door. im assuming i need to oil it because right after i enter the room guards show up before i can do anything else. is there something else i am forgeting?
