Games Crashes: Rooms not found error

Hi,

There are times the game crashes, saying it is unable to load the room. For example I am in Rasier, and walking towards the fountain part of the city, as soon as I enter it, the game crashes giving me a warning that it is unable to load the room. In this it is Unable to load room file 'room202.crm', and make sure it is in the correct folder

How do I see the crm files - to make sure they are all there.

Does this crash occur every time you try to enter that screen, or was it only a once-off crash?

You cannot see the .crm files as they are compiled into the resource files. However, you should see 26 sequential files in your game directory called Qfg2vga.001 - Qfg2vga.026. These files contain the compiled game rooms and other compiled game data.

Can you make sure that all 26 of these files exist in your game directory and that none of them are missing?

Also, what operating system are you running?
