So I did die all those times in Quest for Glory 1 . . .

I'm afraid my hero is undead . . . the dervish has a reflection in the Oasis . . . trusty (but cowardly) Roget the saurus has a reflection in the Oasis (which explicitly says means he is not a vampire) . . . but I don't have a reflection in the Oasis.

Obviously this brings up some questions about the plot in QG4 . . .

Yeah, having to make and implement reflection animations for the hero in all his poses (walk, run, sneak, cast projectile, cast levitate, cast spell, throw stuff, crouch) was a tad too much work for too little gain.

Yeah - i figured it was an implementation decision - but i just thought it was funny given the message you see when looking at the saurus's reflection. We adventure gamers are always on the look out for clues for things, even when they are not really there. :rollin
