How to get the rickroll easter egg?

After doing a search, I only found one message on it: that it's a 1 in 75 chance of getting the rickroll.
I got it accidentally once not expecting it, and then could never get it again.
I know it occurs randomly before Shema dances, but what does it mean? Must I save outside of the inn to do it, and then restore if Shema dances? Or can I be inside the inn while this "1 in 75" number is generated? I don't know the inner workings of the programming which is why I ask.

Save before you sit down. Hit the Escape key if it's just Shema, and reload and try again...

How do we prevent somebody from promising us the in-game rickroll, but giving us a real rickroll instead? Can you rickroll a rickroll? More importantly, what are the moral consequences of rickrolling a rickroll?

This has a chance of happening not only when Shema is about to dance but also when the poet Omar is about to speak.
I don't think luck skill or time of day or any other thing has to do with it. You just have to try harder Tifas cause i think the chance is much less that 1/75. I had to restore more than 200 games once to get it.

Guess I was fortunate to only have to try about a dozen times. But I could never get the ultra rare egg to show in KQ1VGA and still don't even know what it is...
