Did the series "Mad Men" rip off the QGII theme music?

Several times during the 11th episode of the second season of "Mad Men", I think the QGII theme music is used. I would like to request for some other fans to have a listen and tell me what they think.
As I said its several times during the show, but a good example is about 18 1/2 minutes into the show.
In the credits David Carbonara is listed as the music guy.
