Look for the street in the game map included in the PDF manual. :lol

The street name is Dinar Tarik. (as several of the NPC's around the inn will tell you) Take Naufara Darb off the fountain plaza (straight north of the gate plaza) and follow it until you reach Dinar Tarik. Keep following Dinar Tarik and you'll reach the money changer.

Something about the wording in this makes me doubt it. I can understand mistaking Dinarzad as a man before you found the place, but certainly not after you meet him :p
