If a fighter/magic user hybrid (in this case a fighter with some points invested in magic) completes the WIT initiation, will its class changes from Fighter to Wizard? Is it possible for a fighter who completed the WIT initiation to be accepted into the EOF?

Is it possible to win the tightrope walking challenge more than 3 times? Many walkthrough and guides mention that the tightrope walker shows up on several days, but when I played as a thief, he only appeared during the second day.

No, he'll simply remain a fighter with magic and the game still treats him like the fighter class. Whether a character can join EOF or not is set in stone from the start.

No, 3 wins is the maximum for Agi's challenge. He does appear on several days as long as you don't get your third win, but when you beat the challenge 3 times he stops appearing for the rest of the game. For optimum practice and winnings, try beating him on day 8 while the air elemental is frolicking around in the Palace plaza.
