I'm also having trouble figuring out how to help the lady turned into a tree. Aziza told me her story. I have watered her numerous times, and finally after gaining high enough communication points I was able to tell her about Adventurer's correspondense school. She shifted into a more femine shape but I still don't know what to do. I put some fooler's earth left over from wind elemental on her. How can I get more earth to put around her? The came won't let me get the earth, I've tried everything.

You need to give her very special earth. Not just earth as in dirt, but earth as in one of the four elements.
