Bug near the end of the game

Hello, I'm playing as a thief and have just infiltrated the palace in Raseir. I know that as a thief, once I knock out the dude in the balcony, I'm supossed to enter the palace and end up in the harem. However I end up in a balcony in the main room, where my only choice is to face Khaveen, however he doesn't face me because I have just a dagger and I get a game over. Any ideas?

In order to do the harem ending, you need a magic rope and some things to throw. If you don't have those, you instead end up in the Khaveen screen. This isn't a dead end; you just can't try to fight him honorably.

Ah, thanks a lot I was desperate. Managed to finish the game now. Off to qfg3!
