Glitches during development of QFG2?

I would love some dev input into this question, or some beta-tester info. Were there any unintended bugs or glitches you ran across in the original EGA during the research phase that were patched out of your remake? I'm doing preliminary research now into a tool-assisted speedrun of QFG2EGA now that the tool-assisted speedrun of QFG1 is finished, and ANY bugs could be helpful to know about.

(Boy, I hope they still check the forums. :D)
