Practicing with Agi the Acrobat

Hi AGD. Playing through the game again for the first time in 10 years or so (!). I seem to recall as a beta tester suggesting that we be able to practice with Agi even after we beat him 3x, and I thought it was implemented! Am I remembering things wrong? It would have been great to practice the tightrope walking even without the five dinar reward.
Love the game, as always. All these years later, it still plays like a dream.
