The new Alexander having a V-neck along with that huge scarf helps confirm his metro-sexuality.

The Idea of two remakes is great. Even though I hope no more people after IA and AGDI remake this until at least 20 more years. No offense! I'm just saying AGDI and IA are the best out there and I just don't want a repeat of Square-Enix Final Fantasy IV remakes every 2 years style done with this. Especially with the fact that due to unrelated viruses ruining my old computers I only got half way through KQ2 VGA and QfG1 VGA. Which of course QfG1 is not a remake but still. But anyways I look forward to this I better start KQ2!!!

I split all the off topic posts from this thread. They can be found here. We will be getting a ton of new visitors and I'd like to keep a thread as important as this on on-topic.

Good to see you on the forum, Johan! You are a very talented artist (I do wish you had more time to work on projects) It proves difficult trying to schedule the time to work on hobbies, especially after a long day of RL, and I would definitely be one to understand that. :)

I'm not sure what you are going through, but whatever it is, I hope this year goes much better for you. January is not over... so... Happy New Year! The sun is out there somewhere, even if it's snowing right now.

So does February mean it's coming out February 1st?

I'd say the odds of your guess being correct are about 1 in 28.

FAN freaking tastic news! Huzzahs to the team! I've enjoyed Tierra/AGD Interactive games from the very start; I'm honored to play your final game as well. The community of people here of course, is one of the best around. *hugs*

If you bring up the screenshots from the Game Informer article with the in-page image viewer, you can right-click them and view them at full resolution. :)

I was actually thinking about this project just the other day. I had heard about 3 years ago that it was nearly finished and I was beginning to wonder if we would ever see it.

Is the Himalaya orignal game still in production?

Don't stop playing IA's version. You might as well go through before ours comes out. It is a great game.

yes. I also reckon that. At least the spell making are much more easier there.

That reminds me... I haven't play the KQ2 SCI remake (not the great AGDI ones, which I already played it more than once). Guess I have to hunt the links now.

Edit:

I just realized it: didn't you make this, MI? I thought it was already released... or was it?

The game has been added to the main site's "Games"-section, also including a new background shot.

Awesome!! I feel the release date getting closer. :D

One question, though... why choose that background picture to represent KQ3 on the Games page? It's a gorgeous background painting, no doubt, but a picture of an empty, winding dirt path doesn't exactly scream excitement. That beach scene I saw posted somewhere else seemed a lot more interesting/exciting. Or maybe something with the wizard? I'm not complaining... just curious.
