How do I handle Smaude the kind way? She keeps saying she is my doom when I try talking to her? Should I have had the lute for this? Please talk to me . : )

I also thought I needed the lute. Turns out, one just needs courage, a moral compass, and the move icon.

And where does 1 find a "moral compass"? No such thing in the game. Unless I am mistaken, and being my 2nd go around with this game, nope didn't find a thing called a "moral compass".
