Cactus

I can't find the Cactus anywhere. I've tried picking up and using the knife on every cactus in the game at least 3 times each. I've looked all over the forums, but I've found nothing. Please don't give me a hint on this one if you don't mind, just the location.

It's the cactus with the orange flowers, located just south of the entrance to Smaude's cave.
