Is there a way to play in a window of reasonable size (meaning larger than a tiny 320x200 box), by changing the settings in acsetup.cfg or something?
I was originally thinking the only way to do it is to play on full screen in a windowed VirtualPC client or something, but I thought I'd ask.
Reasonably-sized Windowed Mode?

Yeah, use a different scaler. Run Winsetup.exe and choose 2x, 3x, 4x, etc or edit the ACSETUP.CFG file and change the GFXFILTER= line to StdScale2, StdScale3, or StdScale4. Or AAx2, AAx3, or AAx4 for anti-aliasing.
