Use the box from the next room to climb up the ladder and talk to the First Mate.
Do all the tasks he assigns to you.
Whenever you finish a task return and talk to him...

I DID THAT IDIDN'T SEE ANY FIRST MATE. I have LOOKED THE ENTIRE SHIP AND I ONLY SEE THE CAPTAIN

That's supposed to happen. You can escape the hold though. Go to the other part of the hold and get the box. Go back to the section you woke up in, place the box at the foot of the southern crate and use it as a stepping stone to jump onto the rope ladder.

I already got the box that help me to climb the ladder ( I knew this from a previous KQ3 played before)

Going back what TriniMage said, after climbing the ladder he said that I will see the first mate
the problem is I don't see the first mate at all.

Bear in mind this is before I get to the Island with the Treasure bearid

Once you got out of the hold for the first time, just explore the ship. When you return to the captain's room after that, a conversation will take place and you'll move on to the Treasure Island part of the game.
