Blue Hedgehog is not necessarily incompatible with Rise and Shine; you just have to be REALLY fast and lucky.
Sloth is not incompatible with Goldilocks but it is incompatible with Perfectionist, 'Enry the 'ermit, and Dolittle (due to the chickens).
Lightweight is not incompatible with Perfectionist but it is incompatible with Legenimor.
Scatterbrain is incompatible with Neat Freak.
Grudge is incompatible with 'Enry the 'ermit, Rise and Shine (calvinfoo believes he was mistaken), and Stockholm.
Pacifist is not incompatible with Underachiever.

As shown in my post from the Awards Criteria thread, nineteen of the awards are indeed compatible (though a few can be switched with the other of an incompatible pair, like Legenimor and Lightweight).

I'm not personally sure about Rise and Shine vs. Wallflower and Neat Freak vs. Goldilocks, but they make sense. Dolittle is rumored to only be about listening to the animals, not talking to them (since that's covered by 'Enry) so it might not be incompatible with Wallflower. Also, it might even be compatible with Blue Hedgehog with a LOT of luck and speed.

The one award I know that needs some more experimentation is Klutz. I've heard conflicting numbers for the possible actions that can be used to trigger Klutz (one account said 3-4, another said 5-6) and it seems any three are necessary to get the award. The problem is some of the actions require affecting other awards (walking into the anchor, sitting in Baby Behr's chair). If there are enough klutzy actions to avoid those that affect other awards, Klutz is only incompatible with Consolation. If not, it is partially incompatible with at least one award (at least one award must be sacrificed, but there is a choice of which one).

For Neat Freak you must not break the chair – for Goldilocks you have to sit in the chair and it breaks...
I agree with you on Dolitle is probably not incompatible with Wallflower and Blue Hedgehog...
Many of the awards are not incompatible with Blue Hedgehog as much as the luck in getting the less time consuming punishments M dishes out. If you are hung in the kitchen that’s it... I have found that putting the slider for game speed is a bigggg help as Gwydion speeds up but the clock is unaffected...
The places I have found to take survivable falls in the game are: at the base of the mountain; in the lab; and on the ship. The other Action for Klutz is of course stumbling on the anchor. I don’t know if multiple falls in the same area count but I am almost sure I got it for falling in the lab, stumbling on the anchor and falling in the ship

There's another Klutz-action that doesn't quite involve falling, but it does involve landing on your face.

Is it automatic (you have to do it?)

So then there are indeed six Klutz actions (three non-fatal falls, breaking Baby Behr's chair, walking into the anchor, and the faceplant)?

In any case, I'd forgotten about the fall at the base of the mountain. That makes three Klutz actions that don't interfere with any other awards (the anchor requires using the map, which sacrifices Marathon). Klutz is therefore only incompatible with Consolation.

Anyways, as to Blue Hedgehog potential:
In combination with Perfectionist isn't that hard; you've just got to go straight for everything you need without unnecessary digressions. I think a few people have alrady posted about doing it (one person even with Grudge and Marathon).
'Enry the 'ermit is pretty much impossible as getting all of the conversations with Manny are necessary which will take at least four feedings. I don't think it's possible the get through all that and get to the end of the game within 40 minutes without using debug mode.
Sloth aisn't even a little difficult in combination with Blue Hedgehog.
Problem Child is easy as long as you don't get the kitchen punishment. Heck, I think I got Blue Hedgehog once with a kitchen punishment under my belt; two would probably be pushing it, though.
Rise and Shine is easy as well. If you wake Manny up right away, it basically tacks on just a few minutes to the time. If you've got the cookie ready when he gets back from his second trip, you'll probably be able to make it if you don't dawdle.
Stockholm is not compatible with Blue Hedgehog. By my calculations it takes more cycles to get Stockholm than it does to get all of the conversations with Manny for the 'Enry Award. Again, without debug mode, there just isn't time.
I agree that Dolittle is probably difficult to get alongside Blue Hedgehog (a lot depends on luck with the animals) and Marathon is not particularly hard (you just have to avoid wandering).

I have not figured all the details of the Stockholm award... I thought it was keeping M alive after you have the cookie, but apparently it is more than that...
