Screen up and down borders

Help , no matter what option or scaler i choose i still have black boxes at up and down sites on my monitor.
My monitor res is 1920x1080

I think whether you get those borders may depend on your monitor and/or graphics card. If all else fails, you can avoid them by using windowed mode.

Is there no aspect ratio option?
