sorry reply took so long. we have windows xp but I don!t know what you mean by your other question.Just a reminder of problem in kings quest 1. In land of clouds if I reach it thru the cave the picture freezes. I finally climbed the bean stalk and get stuck there as the clouds don!t move to make a path. thanks for the help  nan

Are you using the latest version of KQ1VGA (version 3.0)?

When Angelus had asked you about your computer specs, he simply meant like your processor speed, amount of RAM your computer has, and video card which is rather self explanatory.  For instance, my computer specs would be:
AMD Athlon XP which is my processor
1.67 GHz which is my processor speed
1.00 GB of RAM which helps the computer process information a bit faster
ATI Radeon 9500 Pro which is my video card

You can find out what your computer specs are by simply going to the Control Panel then by clicking on the icon labeled System.

lol  Just don't go telling me you have an Emachine, cause that would be pretty crazy if you did.  Of course, if someone had told me they cripple the BIOS on it, I may have reconsidered buying the damn thing in the first place.  Oh well, at least my brother-in-law was able to fix it.  An alright computer for the money paid, but I would really like is an Alienware now.  Unfortunately the cheapest one of those is around $6000.....
