Cannot download KQ1VGA
When I hit the download link, my computer only downloads 125 KB. I saved it to the desktop, and I have an icon. When I hit it, my computer tells me that the application is not verified by Microsoft. I hit "run anyway". Nothing happens, though I've repeated both the download and telling it to run. Is the link down, or is something weird happening?
The download link seems to work fine for me. We use rotating servers. You probably have to delete the file and clear your cache before a re-download will work properly.
In IE, go to Tools / Internet Options and under General select Delete Files. Other browsers should have similar options.
You may wish to use a download manager such as GetRight, but do not enable segmented downloading (check to make sure it's disabled, as it is probably enabled as a default).
