When I attempt to play Kq2 it crashes and I receive the following error message:

I attempted to download the game again but it didn't help.
What can I do?

What operating system are you using?
When exactly does the game crash and what are the circumstances?
Did you run the winsetup.exe program and change the game to use a Hqx filter? Using these will crash the game in the current build, which is a known bug and will be addressed in the next release. Try selecting no filter or the standard "2x Nearest Neighbour" filter and see if that makes a difference.
