QFG2Remake - Stamina drain bug

Hello. I've searched a bit but I haven't found anyone posting about this bug that's been nagging me. Basically stamina keeps draining for no apparent reason. I am not over-encumbered, am not running nor am I sneaking. Simply walking around drains stamina at the rate that it would have usually recovered naturally. It seems to start right after I go to sleep and wake, I have a save right before it kicks in if it helps. I'm not sure what's causing it or how to get rid of it and it's a little annoying, maybe I'm missing something...
