I like it, but it's slow... very very slow if I use any resolution above 320x240, and the game doesn't even load on 960x600.

I would think my computer would easily be able to handle this game, but go figure...

AMD K6-2 450MHz
256 MB SDRAM
ATi All-in-Wonder 128 16MB
SB Live!
Ali Aladdin V Chipset Mobo
8.4 GB Maxtor UDMA/33 HDD

running on MS Windows XP RC1

Hi Elomire! The game was made to be played at 320x200 resolution to fit the style of the old sierra look. It won't look different at higher resolutions, because the pictures themselves are made in 320x200 resolution. Making the resolution higher will not make the pictures appear better, and it will just try to convince the game engine to attemt to do just this, which won't work, and will use a lot of computing power. I'd recommend to keep it at 320x200 resolution for the best performance.

Thanks,

Anonymous Game Developer #1

I tried to set it to a higher resolution and my screen just went black! (and only reset worked to get my comp back to working).
Well, that taught me!
