Hi there!
Is it possible to upload an avatar from my pc? I'd like to use the one I always use in other forums...

We use these forums to host some development files. We prefer to keep as much room as possible just incase we need it. That's why we opted not to allow image uploading on the forums.

I've uploaded my pic at imageshack.us, but I don't seem to get it to work! After having pasted the link into my profile it says my profile had been updated, but still the avatar doesn't show up in my posts. What might be the problem? I'va made sure the file is a common *.jpg-file and the size also isn't too big.

Hey, it worked, thanks a lot!!! Why didn't it work when I tried to insert it? Will this be an eternally unsolved mystery? Or is there a logical technical reason?

The files you used were actually sites not the location of the image.

If you click on the links you posted, you'll see that it shows the picture but in site form. If you click on the link Pidgeot posted, you'll get the image alone. When linking to off site avatars, it must be the image alone and not a website.
